1 Introduction

Welcome to pkrbit. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkrbit ("pkrbit", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pkrbit.org and its associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

pkrbit is an internationally licensed online gaming operator. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services offered on the pkrbit platform, including but not limited to: cricket betting and PSL markets, live casino games, slot machines, instant games, HRG Live, Cat Fishing, and all promotional or bonus offers made available to registered players.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the pkrbit platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account.

You must also:

• Be a natural person and not acting on behalf of any other individual, company, or organisation;
• Not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• Not be a current employee, agent, contractor, or family member of a pkrbit employee or associated business partner;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your location;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement or exclusion from any gambling regulatory scheme.

Age Verification Process

pkrbit conducts mandatory age and identity verification on all accounts before full activation. You will be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and, where applicable, proof of address. Accounts that do not complete verification within the prescribed timeframe may be suspended and any outstanding balance withheld pending review.

pkrbit uses third-party verification services in accordance with its obligations under its international gaming licence. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the verification process is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of pkrbit services, you must register a single personal account. Registration is free of charge. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details.

One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one registered account on the pkrbit platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If pkrbit identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses forfeited, and the matter may be referred for further investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrbit account credentials, including your username and password. pkrbit strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify pkrbit immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pkrbit cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your pkrbit account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. pkrbit also reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering suspicion, or failure to complete identity verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pkrbit processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. pkrbit does not accept cash deposits or payments via methods not listed on the platform.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your pkrbit account in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method used. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the pkrbit cashier at the time of transaction. pkrbit does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which pkrbit accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements being met. pkrbit aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section. pkrbit reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification, responsible gaming checks, or fraud investigations.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed within the cashier. pkrbit will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Players must ensure their payment account details are accurate and current; pkrbit accepts no responsibility for funds sent to incorrectly specified accounts.

Currency & Conversion

All transactions on pkrbit are denominated in PKR. Where USDT TRC20 is used, the PKR equivalent will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. pkrbit is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency exchange rates between the time of deposit and withdrawal.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the pkrbit platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each product category (cricket betting, live casino, slots, HRG Live, Cat Fishing, and instant games). Product-specific rules are published within each respective section of the platform and form part of this Agreement.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until pkrbit's system issues a bet confirmation reference. pkrbit reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances of system error, pricing error, or where pkrbit has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity. Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.

Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or manifest pricing error, pkrbit reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. pkrbit's decision in such matters is final. "Obvious error" means a technical or human error resulting in odds or payouts materially different from those that should have been offered under normal circumstances.

Cricket & PSL Betting

Cricket betting on pkrbit covers Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is. Live in-play markets are subject to suspension and re-opening at pkrbit's discretion during the course of a match. All cricket bet settlements are based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket governing body. pkrbit is not responsible for delays in official result announcements.

Casino Games

All casino games offered on pkrbit use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer streams provided by licensed game suppliers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel. pkrbit does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, the hand or round outcome will be determined according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pkrbit offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time they are made available. In the event of any conflict between a promotional offer's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms. pkrbit reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice.

Promotional Eligibility

Bonuses are available to verified players only. pkrbit reserves the right to exclude specific players from promotional offers at its discretion. Promotions targeted at Pakistani players — including those tied to PSL fixtures — are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified during the promotion period without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrbit platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Operating more than one registered account;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players, pkrbit employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting events;
• Using the platform to launder money or fund any illegal activity;
• Depositing or withdrawing funds via accounts not registered in your name;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the pkrbit platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkrbit staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

pkrbit is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all areas of its platform. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for the majority of players, can cause harm when it becomes problematic. pkrbit's responsible gaming obligations are embedded in our operational framework as a requirement of our international gaming licence.

Player Protection Tools

All verified pkrbit accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available via the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum loss amount you are comfortable with over a given period;

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkrbit platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and game code — is the property of pkrbit or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkrbit platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or commercially exploit any content from the pkrbit platform; create derivative works; or frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other website or application without pkrbit's express written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrbit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pkrbit platform, including without limitation: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

pkrbit does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. pkrbit provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pkrbit takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform stability and security, it cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pkrbit's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkrbit account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

pkrbit collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering a pkrbit account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkrbit may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in compliance with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations. Such disclosures are mandatory and do not constitute a breach of your privacy rights under these Terms.

12 Amendments to These Terms

pkrbit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkrbit will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the pkrbit platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated whenever a new version is published. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the pkrbit platform and may request account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrbit holds its international gaming licence.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. These Terms do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
